I also assume you then created a new virtual machine in Fusion and installed Kali Linux into it using media you downloaded from Kali’s download site. On Linux Yum Server website Oracle publishes Vagrant boxes based on latest Oracle Linux Releases. I assume you first installed the Fusion application using the link you posted.
